We offer many home services—from washing machine repair to refrigerator repair—our aim is to make it as easy as possible for you to find the household appliances repaired.
We can help by giving the unit a full diagnostic check to see if your appliance is worth the repair. Most of our technicians have 10 to 20 years worth of field experience and will let you know, from a professional standpoint, if the cost of the repair is a better value than replacing the unit. If at that point you choose not to have any work done, or the unit is not repairable, you would just be responsible for the diagnostic fee or service call.
Because repairing will cost a fraction of original buying cost and with Viyanta's guaranteed repairs, rest assured about the performance of your machine. And yes we don’t negate that you still have an option to buy a low quality cheap machine which is in the comparable price range of repair costs.
After inspection, a quote is provided to you. Owing to the variations in services offered across different cities, it is not possible for us to share the cost upfront, without one of our service provider inspecting the device first.
All of our technicians have trucks stocked with 95% of the current, fast - moving parts. We do this to be able to fix your appliance the same day. Although we stock as many parts as we can on our trucks, occasionally we do have to order parts from our distributors, which sometimes can take one to five business days.
